At DriveEase Rentals, we aim to make your rental experience flexible and fair. This policy explains when refunds or cancellations apply.


1. Free Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup are eligible for a full refund.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2. Late Cancellations

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may incur a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the booking amount.

3. Early Returns

  • If you return the vehicle before the end of the rental period, refunds may be adjusted based on the remaining rental days (excluding any non-refundable fees).

4. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

If you are charged twice or experience a payment failure, contact us immediately with proof of transaction. Verified claims are refunded promptly.


5. Special Cases

Refunds may be granted for unavoidable situations such as:

  • Booking errors caused by our platform
  • Vehicle unavailability or breakdown before pickup

6. How to Request a Refund

Email info@driveeaserentals.store with your booking reference number and reason for the request. Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
