1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or legal driving age in your region) and hold a valid driver’s license.
- You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information during booking and pickup.
2. Booking & Payments
- All bookings require upfront payment or valid payment authorization.
- Prices displayed include rental charges but may exclude additional fees such as insurance, fuel, late returns, or damage charges.
- You are responsible for providing accurate dates and times for pickup and drop-off.
3. Vehicle Use
- You agree to use the vehicle responsibly and in accordance with local traffic laws.
- Subleasing, racing, or illegal use of the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
- You are responsible for fuel, tolls, and any traffic violations during your rental period.
4. Damage & Liability
- You are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during your rental period unless covered by purchased insurance.
- DriveEase Rentals reserves the right to charge for cleaning, repairs, or replacement in cases of misuse, smoking in the vehicle, or excessive dirt.
5. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations must be made in advance in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Failure to pick up a booked vehicle without prior notice may result in forfeiture of payment.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to maintain our fleet in excellent condition, DriveEase Rentals is not responsible for indirect losses (missed flights, business losses) due to breakdowns or delays beyond our control.
7. Modifications
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
